The prestigious 2024 Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards spotlighted the country's finest golf destinations, recognizing excellence in various categories from course design to overall service quality was held on September 19.
Vietnam Golf Magazine celebrated the 10th Anniversary Golf & Leisure Awards Celebrate Top Golf Destinations
The prestigious 2024 Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards not only honored the finest golf destinations across the country but also marked the event’s 10th anniversary, celebrating a decade of excellence in Vietnam’s golfing industry. This year, 52 selected golf courses participated in the ceremony, and also was attended by key industrial organizer, including representatives from the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT), Mr. Spencer Robinson, Chief Communication Officer of the Asia Golf Industry Federation (AGIF), and delegates from the Caddie Federation.
A total of 23 awards were presented to outstanding golf courses, with another 23 awards recognizing hotels and services tailored for golfers in Vietnam.
The Bluff Ho Tram Strips was distinguished as the Best Golf Course in Vietnam 2024, highlighting its commitment to providing a world-class golfing experience over years.
Five golf courses from the Central region of Vietnam made it to the Top 10 Best Golf Courses list, reaffirming the region's consistent appeal to golf tourists. These courses continue to maintain high standards of performance and service, standing out from other provinces in Vietnam.
Mr. Spencer Robinson, Chief Communications Officer of the Asian Golf Industry Federation, emphasized that the awards highlight Vietnam’s growing number of world-class golf facilities, and credited Vietnam Golf & Leisure Magazine for playing a pivotal role in advancing the country's golf industry.
Besides, Mr. Nguyen Trung Khanh, Chairman of the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT), underscored VNAT’s efforts in promoting golf tourism and fostering collaborations to further develop the sport. He noted that VNAT is focused on organizing professional tournaments and enhancing the quality of resort facilities to boost Vietnam’s standing as a premier golf destination.
This year’s successful event reaffirms Vietnam’s growing status as one of the top golf destinations in Southeast Asia, with industry growing leaders, developers, and tourism experts collaborating to further elevate the nation's presence on the global golf map.
